 During this course, we will focus on the following:  

• Learn about Reiki, its origins, founders, and how its developed over time 

• Discovering our endless supply of energy and how to access it 

• Learn how to clear your own energy as well as your space 

• Examine Reiki techniques and hand placements  

• Lots of hands on practice 

By the end of our time together, you will be attuned to channel Reiki energy for your own self-healing.
