What if self-love isn’t just about embracing the parts of you that feel good — but also about getting to know and honoring the parts you’ve learned to hide?
True self-love begins when we allow ourselves to see, understand, and integrate all of who we are — including the shadows. Carl Jung introduced this concept of healing, and although it may sound intimidating, it is simply the work of uncovering all the parts of ourselves we have hidden, repressed, or ignored.
I invite you to "Inner Healing Through Shadow Work" , a guided, reflective experience designed to help you explore the parts of yourself that, quite frankly, you run from. Through self-reflection, shamanic journeys, and journaling, you’ll learn how to identify your “shadow” aspects — such as limiting beliefs, emotional triggers, and unconscious patterns — and meet them with compassion and awareness.
Rather than trying to “fix” or eliminate these parts, shadow work teaches you how to understand their origins and transform them into sources of insight, strength, and love. This workshop offers a safe, supportive space to deepen self-awareness, release emotional blocks, and reconnect with your whole self.
In this workshop, you can expect:
Guided shadow journeys to uncover subconscious patterns, triggers, and emotional blocks
Energetic practices to move stored emotions out of the body
Reflection and journaling to deepen self-awareness and clarity
Develop simple practices to embrace your darker aspects and continue your personal journey after the workshop
We will close out with a loving meditation and Reiki to seal our practice and support you on your way
All attendees will receive 50% a 1:1 energy healing session from me to help you integrate your shadow with your light.
